AND THEN MOVE EAST AND NORTHEAST INTO THE WATERS THROUGH THIS EVENING.
THUNDERSTORM WIND GUSTS COULD EXCEED 40 KNOTS AND PRODUCE LOCALIZED
HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS INCLUDING ROUGH SEAS AND LOW VISIBILITIES. THE
