THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF SOUTHEAST NEW
MEXICO...SOUTHWEST TEXAS AND WESTERN TEXAS.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

AREAS OF FREEZING FOG WILL AFFECT PORTIONS OF THE DAVIS MOUNTAINS,
MARFA PLATEAU AND UPPER TRANS PECOS THIS MORNING.  LIGHT ICE
ACCUMULATIONS MAY OCCUR ON ROADS, ESPECIALLY BRIDGES AND
OVERPASSES, WHILE THE VISIBILITY WILL DROP BELOW ONE HALF MILE AT
TIMES.  IMPROVEMENT IS EXPECTED TO OCCUR THROUGH 900 TO 1000 AM
CST.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SUNDAY THROUGH FRIDAY

SOUTHWEST TO WEST WINDS WILL RISE TO 30 TO 40 MPH IN THE GUADALUPE
MOUNTAINS SUNDAY
