THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR NORTH CENTRAL NORTH
CAROLINA...NORTHWEST NORTH CAROLINA...SOUTHWEST VIRGINIA AND
SOUTHEAST WEST VIRGINIA.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT.

PERIODS OF WIDESPREAD SHOWERS AND SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS ARE
EXPECTED TODAY AND TONIGHT. AREAS THAT SEE REPETITIVE HEAVY
RAINFALL COULD EXPERIENCE FLOODING. THERE IS ALSO AN ISOLATED
THREAT FOR STRONG TO SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS THIS AFTERNOON INTO
EARLY TONIGHT. THE MAIN CONCERN WITH ANY STRONG TO SEVERE
THUNDERSTORMS WOULD BE STRONG WIND GUSTS.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY.

WIDESPREAD SHOWERS AND SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED
FRIDAY. SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TO BECOME MORE
SCATTERED DURING THE WEEKEND INTO EARLY NEXT WEEK. AGAIN FRIDAY
THERE WILL BE AREAS OF HEAVY RAINFALL WHERE FLOODING WILL BE
POSSIBLE. THERE WILL ALSO BE A CONTINUED THREAT OF ISOLATED STRONG
TO SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS FRIDAY AFTERNOON AND EVENING. THE OVERALL
THREAT FOR FLOODING AND SEVERE WEATHER IS EXPECTED TO DECREASE
DURING THE SATURDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY PERIOD.

SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TODAY AND TONIGHT. LOCALLY
HEAVY RAINFALL AND ISOLATED STRONG TO SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE
POSSIBLE...MAINLY THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING. THE MAIN HAZARD FROM
ANY SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE STRONG WIND GUSTS.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY.

WIDESPREAD SHOWERS AND SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED FRIDAY.
HEAVY RAINFALL WILL BE POSSIBLE LEADING TO FLOODING IN SOME AREAS.
ISOLATED STRONG TO SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WILL ALSO BE POSSIBLE
DURING THE AFTERNOON AND EVENING...WITH STRONG WIND GUSTS BEING
THE MAIN THREAT. FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE PERIOD...SCATTERED
THUNDERSTORMS REMAIN POSSIBLE EACH DAY...BUT OVERALL THE THREAT
FOR WIDESPREAD HAZARDOUS WEATHER IS EXPECTED TO BE LOW.
