            FLOODING THROUGH SPRING CANYON. WATER AVERAGED BETWEEN 6
            INCHES AND 2 FEET DEEP...AND WAS 5 FEET DEEP THROUGH
            NARROW SECTION. 1 FOOT OF FLOWING WATER WAS ALSO REPORTED
            THROUGH CHIMNEY ROCK CANYON.
