THUNDERSTORMS...CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS UP TO 30 KNOTS. THESE
THUNDERSTORMS WERE LOCATED ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM 6 NM EAST OF
CAPERS REEF TO 6 NM WEST OF CHARLESTON SIXTY TO NEAR HUNTING ISLAND
REEF...MOVING NORTHWEST AT 15 KNOTS.

MARINE LOCATIONS TO BE IMPACTED THROUGH 1115 AM EDT INCLUDE... JOE
