...WATERSPOUTS WILL BE POSSIBLE TONIGHT AND TUESDAY...

A TROPICAL WAVE WILL CONTINUE TO MOVE TOWARD THE WEST OVER THE
COASTAL WATERS TONIGHT THEN ONSHORE DURING THE EARLY TO MID
MORNING HOURS TUESDAY. THIS TROPICAL WAVE WILL PRODUCE ATMOSPHERIC
CONDITIONS CONDUCIVE FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF WATERSPOUTS OR SHORT-
LIVED FUNNEL CLOUDS MAINLY TONIGHT THROUGH TUESDAY MORNING.

IF WATERSPOUTS ARE OBSERVED OR A SPECIAL MARINE WARNING IS ISSUED
FOR WATERSPOUTS...MARINERS SHOULD REMAIN WELL CLEAR OF WATERSPOUTS.
WINDS NEAR WATERSPOUTS CAN EXCEED 35 KNOTS ALONG WITH CORRESPONDING
ROUGH SEAS.
