THUNDERSTORM...CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS NEAR 34 KNOTS OR
GREATER...LOCATED NEAR FLOUR BLUFF...OR 14 NM SOUTHWEST OF PORT
ARANSAS...MOVING NORTH AT 10 KNOTS. THESE STORMS HAVE SLIGHTLY
WEAKENED BUT COULD STILL PRODUCE GUSTS NEAR 34 KNOTS.
