51 NM WEST OF LINWOOD TO 77 NM SOUTHWEST OF LINWOOD...MOVING EAST AT
40 KNOTS.

THE STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE NEAR...
PINCONNING AROUND 320 PM EDT.
LINWOOD AROUND 325 PM EDT.
BAY CITY LIBERTY HARBOR AND THE MOUTH OF THE SAGINAW RIVER AROUND 335
PM EDT.
QUANICASSEE AROUND 345 PM EDT.

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS UP TO 33 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER
WAVES... AND LIGHTNING STRIKES. BOATERS SHOULD CONSIDER SEEKING SAFE
