WILL MOVE TO THE NORTH AT AROUND 10 KNOTS...AND MARINERS AND BOATERS
SHOULD PREPARE FOR CONTINUOUS LIGHTNING...WINDS GUSTS AROUND 30
KNOTS...HIGHER SEAS...AND VERY POOR VISIBILITY...AT TIMES LESS THAN
