A STRONG THUNDERSTORM 18 MILE NORTH OF SNIPE POINT WILL PRODUCE
HEAVY DOWNPOURS...FREQUENT LIGHTNING...AND NEAR ZERO VISIBILITY.
THIS THUNDERSTORM IS TYPICAL OF THE PULSING STORMS SEEN THROUGH THE
AFTERNOON AND WILL LIKELY DISSIPATE WITHIN THE NEXT 30 MINUTES.

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS TO NEAR 30 KNOTS...LOCALLY ROUGH
SEAS...POOR VISIBILITIES IN HEAVY RAIN...AND LIGHTNING STRIKES.
BOATERS SHOULD SEEK SAFE HARBOR IMMEDIATELY UNTIL THE HAZARDOUS
WEATHER HAS ENDED.
