   WATERS THIS AFTERNOON...

THE COMBINATION OF AN ABUNDANCE OF MOISTURE AND A NEARBY STATIONARY
FRONTAL BOUNDARY WILL ENHANCE SHOWERS AND SOME THUNDERSTORMS ON ALL
KEYS COASTAL WATERS THIS AFTERNOON. IN ADDITION...WATERSPOUTS ARE
POSSIBLE. MOST OF THE CELLS WILL LIFT NORTHWARD AT AROUND 10 KNOTS.

MARINERS SHOULD BE ALERT FOR DETERIORATING WEATHER CONDITIONS.
STRONGER CELLS WILL DELIVER GUSTY WINDS NEAR 30 KNOTS...LOCALLY
ROUGH SEAS...POOR VISIBILITIES IN HEAVY RAIN...AND LIGHTNING
STRIKES. IN ADDITION...WATERSPOUTS ARE POSSIBLE.

MARINERS SHOULD STEER CLEAR OF THESE CELLS AND POSSIBLE WATERSPOUTS.
IF YOU DO GET CAUGHT IN ANY STORMS...STAY BELOW DECK AND AWAY FROM
ALL METAL OBJECTS.
