OVER THE LOWER PORTION OF THE MARYLAND CHESAPEAKE BAY...AS WELL
AS INTO THE TIDAL POTOMAC RIVER. MARINERS OF SMALL CRAFT SHOULD
BE PREPARED FOR GUSTY CONDITIONS THROUGH 5 AM THIS MORNING.
