...STRONG WINDS AND LARGE WAVES WILL PERSIST TODAY BUT START TO
DIMINISH...

.SOUTHWEST WINDS WILL REMAIN STRONG THROUGH THE FIRST HALF OF TODAY.
GUSTS TO GALES OR NEAR GALES WILL EXIST OVER CENTRAL PORTIONS OF
LAKE HURON THROUGH THE LATE MORNING BEFORE SPEEDS BEGIN TO
DECREASE. WIND GUSTS BETWEEN 25 AND 30 KNOTS AND WAVE HEIGHTS IN
EXCESS OF 4 FEET WILL THEN CONTINUE INTO THE LATE AFTERNOON AND
EARLY EVENING...AND SMALL CRAFT ADVISORIES WILL REMAIN IN EFFECT
FOR PORTIONS OF THE LAKE HURON NEARSHORE WATERS THROUGH THE DAY.

  SUSTAINED WINDS UP TO 27 KNOTS FROM THE SOUTHWEST WITH GUSTS
  UP TO 32 KNOTS. THE LARGEST EXPECTED SIGNIFICANT WAVES WILL
  BE 6 FEET WITH A POTENTIAL MAXIMUM WAVE HEIGHT OF 8 FEET.
