* WINDS...NORTH WINDS WILL INCREASE TODAY FROM 15 TO 25 KT IN THE
  MORNING TO 25 TO 30 KT WITH GUSTS TO 35 KT BY LATE AFTERNOON.
  WINDS WILL REMAIN ELEVATED INTO THE WEEKEND.

* WAVES...STEEP NORTHERLY WAVES WILL CONTINUE BUILDING TODAY IN
  RESPONSE TO INCREASING WINDS. HEIGHTS ARE EXPECTED TO REACH
  AROUND 12 FEET BY EARLY THIS EVENING. SEAS WILL REMAIN UP
  THROUGH THE WEEK.

VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.

A GALE WARNING MEANS WINDS OF 34 TO 47 KNOTS ARE IMMINENT OR
OCCURRING. OPERATING A VESSEL IN GALE CONDITIONS REQUIRES
EXPERIENCE AND PROPERLY EQUIPPED VESSELS. IT IS HIGHLY
RECOMMENDED THAT MARINERS WITHOUT THE PROPER EXPERIENCE SEEK SAFE
