THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN EUREKA HAS ISSUED A SMALL CRAFT
ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 PM PST FRIDAY.

* WINDS...SW WIND 10 TO 20 KT. GUSTS TO 30 KT. STRONGEST WINDS
  NEAR OREGON WATERS.

* WAVES/SEAS...SW 9 FEET AT AROUND 10 SECONDS. SEAS WILL BUILD UP
  TO 14 FEET FRIDAY NIGHT.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 21 TO 33 KNOTS
ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE HAZARDOUS WAVE CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT.
INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER
VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
