...INCREASING SOUTHEAST WINDS AND BUILDING WAVES EXPECTED THIS
EVENING...

.A STORM SYSTEM TRACKING FROM THE NORTHERN PLAINS INTO ONTARIO
WILL RESULT IN INCREASING SOUTHEAST WINDS LATE THIS AFTERNOON AND
EVENING. THE STRONGEST WINDS WILL OCCUR OVERNIGHT AS WINDS TURN
SOUTH. WINDS WILL VEER SOUTHWEST AND START TO DIMINISH TOWARD
MORNING.

* WINDS...SOUTHEAST WINDS WILL INCREASE TO 15 TO 25 KNOTS LATE
  THIS AFTERNOON...VEER SOUTH TO 30 KNOTS TONIGHT...THEN VEER
  SOUTHWEST AND BEGIN TO DIMINISH TOWARD MORNING. SOME GALE FORCE
  GUSTS AROUND 35 KNOTS ARE POSSIBLE AROUND MIDNIGHT.

* WAVES...WAVES WILL BUILD TO 4 TO 7 FEET.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OVER 20 KNOTS OR
WAVES GREATER THAN 4 FEET ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE HAZARDOUS
CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT.  INEXPERIENCED MARINERS, ESPECIALLY
THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE
CONDITIONS.
