.AN AREA OF LOWER PRESSURE WILL MOVE EASTWARD THROUGH THE UPPER
TEXAS COASTAL WATERS LATE THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING. SOUTH TO
SOUTHEAST WINDS WILL BUILD SEAS. THIS SYSTEM SHOULD DEPART THE
AREA EARLY SATURDAY AND WINDS AND SEAS WILL THEN BE GRADUALLY
DIMINISHING.
