ADVISORY FOR HAZARDOUS SEAS...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 2 PM THIS
AFTERNOON TO 11 PM PDT THURSDAY. THE SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY FOR
WINDS IS NOW IN EFFECT FROM 11 AM TO 11 PM PDT THURSDAY.

* SEAS: STEEP AND CHOPPY SEAS OF 5 TO 7 FEET ARE EXPECTED TO
  DEVELOP THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING. STEEP AND CHOPPY SEAS WILL
  BUILD TO 6 TO 8 FEET THURSDAY AFTERNOON AND EVENING.

* WINDS: NORTH 20 TO 25 WITH GUSTS UP TO 30 EXPECTED TO DEVELOP
  THURSDAY AFTERNOON AND EVENING.

* AREAS AFFECTED: TODAY INTO TONIGHT...AREAS NEAR CAPE BLANCO WILL
  BE AFFECTED BY STEEP SEAS. THE STEEP SEAS WILL SPREAD OVER MOST
  THE WATERS ON THURSDAY. SMALL CRAFT WINDS WILL AFFECT THE
  SOUTHERN PORTION OF THE ZONE, MAINLY NEAR CAPE BLANCO, THURSDAY
  AFTERNOON AND EVENING.
