* WINDS...NORTH 15 TO 25 KT WITH GUSTS TO 30 KT THIS THROUGH
  WEDNESDAY MORNING. WINDS WILL INCREASE TO 20 TO 30 KT WITH GUSTS
  TO 35 KT WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON INTO WEDNESDAY NIGHT.


* SEAS...STEEP WEST 10 TO 13 FEET AT 13 SECONDS COMBINED WITH
  WIND-DRIVEN SEAS THROUGH TUESDAY. SEAS WILL DECREASE TO 8 TO 11
  FEET BUT BECOME VERY STEEP AT 11 SECONDS THROUGH WEDNESDAY
  NIGHT.


* AREAS AFFECTED...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY WINDS AND SEAS WILL
  AFFECT ALL THE WATERS THIS AFTERNOON THROUGH WEDNESDAY
  MORNING. THEN VERY STEEP HAZARDOUS WARNING LEVEL SEAS ARE
  POSSIBLE FROM CAPE SEBASTIAN SOUTH WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON AND
  EVENING WITH SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY LEVEL CONDITIONS NORTH OF
  CAPE SEBASTIAN.

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WINDS AND SEAS WILL CREATE A
POTENTIAL HAZARD TO SMALLER VESSELS AND INEXPERIENCED MARINERS.

A HAZARDOUS SEAS WATCH IS ISSUED WHEN THE RISK OF VERY STEEP AND
HAZARDOUS SEAS HAS SIGNIFICANTLY INCREASED, BUT THE SPECIFIC
TIMING AND/OR LOCATION IS STILL UNCERTAIN.  IT IS INTENDED TO
PROVIDE ADDITIONAL LEAD TIME FOR MARINERS WHO MAY WISH TO
CONSIDER ALTERING THEIR PLANS.

  WILL AFFECT THE WATERS BEYOND 3 NM FROM SHORE. SMALL CRAFT
  ADVISORY LEVEL WINDS AND SEAS WILL AFFECT ALL THE AREA
  WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH EARLY THURSDAY MORNING.

* AREAS AFFECTED...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY FOR HAZARDOUS SEAS WILL
  AFFECT ALL AREAS THROUGH TONIGHT. SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY LEVEL
  SEAS AND WINDS WILL AFFECT AREAS BEYOND 10 NM FROM SHORE SOUTH
  OF COOS BAY AND NEAR CAPE BLANCO TUESDAY MORNING THROUGH AT
  LEAST WEDNESDAY MORNING. THEN THE SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY LEVEL
  CONDITIONS WILL EXPAND WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON AND NIGHT TO AREAS
  SOUTH OF REEDSPORT BEYOND 10 NM FROM SHORE AND FOR AREAS FROM
  BANDON SOUTH OUT TO 10 NM FROM SHORE.
