CRAFT ADVISORY FOR WINDS. A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY FOR HAZARDOUS
SEAS REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 11 PM PDT THURSDAY.

* SEAS: CHOPPY WIND DRIVEN SEAS OF 6 TO 8 FT. SEAS WILL BE
  STEEPEST IN THE AFTERNOONS AND EVENINGS.

* AREAS AFFECTED:  STEEP AND CHOPPY SEAS ARE EXPECTED IN ALL
  WATERS BEYOND 2 NM FROM SHORE.
