.TROPICAL STORM HERMINE IS FORECAST TO MAKE LANDFALL OVER THE BIG
BEND AREA THURSDAY NIGHT OR EARLY FRIDAY AND RAPIDLY MOVE AWAY FROM
THE MARINE AREA THROUGH THE REST OF FRIDAY. MODERATE EASTERLY
WINDS...STRONGER WELL OFFSHORE...WILL INCREASE THROUGH THURSDAY THEN
BECOME MORE NORTHERLY THURSDAY NIGHT. STRONGER WINDS ARE POSSIBLE IF
