A STRONG DRY COLD FRONT WILL MOVE OVER THE COASTAL WATERS THIS
AFTERNOON. STRONG NORTH WINDS AND BUILDING SEAS WILL BRING HAZARDOUS
MARINE CONDITIONS THROUGH SATURDAY NIGHT. GALE FORCE WIND GUSTS ARE
EXPECTED OVER LOWER MOBILE BAY...THE MISSISSIPPI SOUND...AND THE
COASTAL WATERS OF ALABAMA AND THE NORTHWEST FLORIDA PANHANDLE LATE

* WINDS: NORTHWEST WINDS WILL INCREASE TO 17 TO 22 KNOTS WITH
  FREQUENT HIGHER GUSTS BY LATE THIS AFTERNOON. WINDS CONTINUE TO
  INCREASE TO 25 TO 30 KNOTS WITH FREQUENT GUSTS AROUND 35 KNOTS LATE
  THIS EVENING THROUGH SATURDAY MORNING...BEFORE GRADUALLY

WITHOUT THE PROPER EXPERIENCE SEEK SAFE HARBOR PRIOR TO THE ONSET OF
GALE CONDITIONS.
