* LOCATIONS...THE NEW JERSEY AND DELAWARE ATLANTIC COASTAL
  WATERS.

* WINDS...WEST 20 TO 30 KT WITH GUSTS UP TO 40 KT.

* SEAS...3 TO 5 FEET.

* TIMING...THE STRONGEST WINDS ARE EXPECTED THROUGH EARLY THIS
  EVENING.

* FREEZING SPRAY...LIGHT FREEZING SPRAY IS EXPECTED PRIMARILY
  THROUGH MID MORNING...AND THEN AGAIN LATE THIS AFTERNOON.

* OUTLOOK...NORTHWEST GALES SATURDAY INTO SUNDAY WITH GUSTS TO 45
  KT POSSIBLE. MODERATE...AND MAYBE HEAVY...FREEZING SPRAY RATES
  ARE POSSIBLE THROUGH THIS TIME AS WELL.

A GALE WARNING MEANS WINDS OF 34 TO 47 KNOTS ARE IMMINENT OR

RECOMMENDED THAT MARINERS WITHOUT THE PROPER EXPERIENCE SEEK SAFE
