...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 1 AM TO 6 PM EST
SATURDAY...

* Location...The Delaware Bay

* Winds...West 10 to 20 kt with gusts up to 25 kt.

* Seas...2 to 4 feet.

* Timing...Winds will begin to increase after midnight tonight.
  There may be a brief lull in the winds late tonight, but gusts
  above 25 kt are expected again during the day Saturday.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Small Craft Advisory means that wind speeds of 25 to 33 knots
are expected to produce hazardous wave conditions to small craft.
Inexperienced mariners...especially those operating smaller
vessels should avoid navigating in these conditions.

...GALE WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM LATE TONIGHT THROUGH
SATURDAY MORNING...

* Location...The Atlantic coastal waters of New Jersey and
  Delaware.

* Winds...West 20 to 25 kt with gusts up to 35 kt.

* Seas...2 to 4 feet.

* Timing...Winds are expected to increase late Friday evening.
  The strongest winds are expected just before and around
  sunrise Saturday.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Gale Watch is issued when the risk of gale force winds of 34 to
47 knots has significantly increased...but the specific timing
and/or location is still uncertain. It is intended to provide
additional lead time for mariners who may wish to consider
altering their plans.
