* WINDS: NORTH TO NORTHWEST WINDS OF 15 TO 20 KT WITH GUSTS TO
  25 KT.

* SEAS: 7 TO 8 FEET WITH PERIODS OF 9 SECONDS. HIGHEST SEAS WILL
  BE BEYOND ABOUT 30 MILES OFFSHORE.

33 KNOTS ARE EXPECTED. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...ESPECIALLY THOSE

CONDITIONS.
