REEF. THESE STORMS WILL PRODUCE PERIODS OF HEAVY RAINFALL...WIND
GUSTS NEAR 30 MPH...AND FREQUENT LIGHTNING STRIKES. MARINERS IN THE
NEARSHORE WATERS OFF THE UPPER KEYS IN THIS AREA SHOULD PREPARE FOR
THUNDERSTORMS APPROACHING FROM THE WEST WITH WIND GUSTS NEARING 30
KNOTS.
