FREEZING FOG WILL CONTINUE ACROSS MUCH OF WATONWAN...SOUTHERN BROWN
AND THE NORTHERN HALF OF MARTIN COUNTIES INTO THE 4 PM HOUR. VISIBILITIES
WILL AVERAGE IN THE ONE HALF MILE TO TWO MILE RANGE...WITH AREAS BELOW
ONE QUARTER OF A MILE. MOTORISTS ARE URGED TO CURB THEIR SPEED AS
ROADWAYS REMAIN SLICK FROM THE ADDITIONAL MOISTURE. THE AREA OF FOG
WILL BE SLOW TO DISSIPATE..AND CONTINUE TO SLOWLY TREK SOUTH
EXPANDING ACROSS MARTIN COUNTY...AND EXITING SOUTHERN BROWN COUNTY
BY 5 PM. FOG WILL CONTINUE ACROSS MARTIN AND WATONWAN COUNTIES UNTIL
AT LEAST 6 PM.
