NORTHWESTERLY WINDS WILL INCREASE TO BETWEEN 25 AND 30 MPH SUSTAINED
EARLY MONDAY MORNING WITH GUSTS POSSIBLY EXCEEDING 45 MPH LATE IN THE
MORNING AND EARLY IN THE AFTERNOON OVER PORTIONS OF NORTHWESTERN
