* WINDS...NORTHERLY WINDS 25 TO 35 MPH WITH GUSTS TO AROUND 40
  MPH.

* OTHER IMPACTS...THERE WILL ALSO BE SOME LIGHT SNOW THAT COULD
  REDUCE VISIBILITIES TO AROUND 1 MILE AT TIMES IN OPEN COUNTRY.
