  OVER SUMMITS AND THROUGH THE PASSES.

* TIMING...THE STRONGEST WINDS ARE EXPECTED THIS EVENING THROUGH
  MONDAY MORNING.

* LOCATIONS...BEAR VALLEY SPRINGS...GRAPEVINE PEAK. HIGHWAY 58
  THROUGH TEHACHAPI PASS AND INTERSTATE 5 THROUGH THE GRAPEVINE.

* IMPACTS...STRONG WINDS WILL IMPAIR DRIVING ABILITY AND VEHICLE
