...HIGH WIND WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 AM PDT THIS MORNING...

* Winds and Timing...Areas of north to northeast winds 25 to 40
  mph with gusts to 65 mph will diminish to 15 to 25 mph with
  gusts to 35 mph by mid morning. Winds will be strongest through
  passes and canyons of the Santa Ynez Range.

* Impacts...Winds this strong may down trees and power lines,
  causing property damage or power outages. Cross winds can make
  driving difficult, especially for drivers of high profile
  vehicles and vehicles towing trailers. The strong winds will
  likely impact travel across portions of highways 101 and 154.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A High Wind Warning means that damaging high winds of 58 mph or
greater are likely or imminent. Secure all loose outdoor
furniture in advance of the onset of strong winds. Monitor the
latest forecasts on NOAA Weather Radio or your favorite media
source.

When driving, use extra caution. Be prepared for sudden gusty
cross winds.

  with gusts to 50 mph during mid morning and continue through
  early afternoon.

* Impacts...Winds this strong may down trees and power lines,
  causing property damage or power outages. Cross winds can make
  driving difficult, especially for drivers of high profile
  vehicles and vehicles towing trailers.
