  THE NIGHT.

* VISIBILITY...VISIBILITY WILL BE REDUCED TO LESS THAN ONE
  QUARTER MILE AT TIMES.

* IMPACTS...DENSE FOG WILL MAKE DRIVING CONDITIONS HAZARDOUS...
