* WINDS: SOUTH TO SOUTHEAST 25 TO 35 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 45 MPH.

* TIMING: WINDS INCREASE THIS AFTERNOON THEN PEAK GUSTS AROUND 45
  MPH ARE EXPECTED THIS EVENING THROUGH EARLY MONDAY EVENING.

* LOCATIONS INCLUDE: WEED.

* IMPACTS: INTERSTATE 5 SOUTH OF YREKA AND HIGHWAY 97 NEAR WEED
  WILL BE IMPACTED. THESE WINDS CAN CAUSE TRAVEL
