...WIND ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 3 PM CST THIS
AFTERNOON...

a Wind Advisory remains in effect until 3 PM CST this afternoon.

* WINDS...Expect 20 to 30 mph west winds with gusts as high as
  45 mph through early afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Loose items such as garbage cans can blow around in
  these gusty winds. Be sure to secure your belongings. Driving
  may become difficult on north to south oriented roads.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Wind Advisory means that winds of 35 mph are expected. Winds
this strong can make driving difficult...especially for high
profile and lightweight vehicles. Use extra caution.
