ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 10 AM THIS MORNING TO 7 PM EDT
THIS EVENING.

* WINDS...BREEZY NORTHERLY WINDS EARLY THIS MORNING WILL VEER TO
  THE NORTHEAST AND INCREASE TO AROUND 20 MPH BY MID MORNING.
  GUSTS UP TO 30 MPH WILL BE POSSIBLE THROUGH THE AFTERNOON.

* IMPACTS...STRONG AND GUSTY NORTHEAST WINDS WILL MAKE BOATING
  HAZARDOUS ACROSS AREA LAKES AND WATERWAYS TODAY.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A LAKE WIND ADVISORY INDICATES THAT WINDS WILL CAUSE ROUGH CHOP
ON AREA LAKES. SMALL BOATS WILL BE ESPECIALLY PRONE TO CAPSIZING.
