WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 5 AM MST THIS MORNING UNTIL 8 PM MST THIS
EVENING.

* IMPACTS...HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES WILL BE AFFECTED BY STRONG CROSS-
  WINDS. LOOSE OBJECTS WILL ALSO BE BLOWN AROUND. LOCALIZED
  BLOWING DUST WILL BE POSSIBLE NEAR DRY LOOSE SOILS TEMPORARILY
  REDUCING VISIBILITIES.

* TIMING...5 AM MST THIS MORNING TO 8 PM MST THIS EVENING.

* WINDS...EAST WINDS 25 TO 35 MPH WITH GUSTS TO NEAR 40 MPH IN
  THE VALLEYS. THE STRONGEST WINDS WILL BE IN THE HIGHER TERRAIN.
  WINDS WILL BE HIGHLY VARIABLE BASED ON LOCATION...WITH
  SIGNIFICANTLY WEAKER WINDS LIKELY IN EAST-WIND SHELTERED AREAS.
