New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A warm front will lift N
through the waters overnight into Wed and weak low pressure will
slide E and pass just N of the region Wed night. The low will
pull a cold front through the waters and the front will stall S
of the area into Thu. A low will move along the front just S of
the area Thu into Thu night. The front will remain nearly
stationary just S of the area Fri and another low will strengthen
along the front Sat into Sat night. The low will move E of the
area and push the cold front well S and E as higher pressure
builds over the waters Sat night. Another low will approach from
the W on Sun and a warm front will lift N through the waters Sun
night.
