New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...Low pressure over the outer
waters will lift quickly northeast this evening, clearing well
east of the waters tonight. Weak high pressure builds in later
tonight and continues into Friday. Another low moves off of the
Carolina coast Friday, and then will move northeast toward
Newfoundland Friday night and Saturday while strengthening. As
the low moves well east of the waters Saturday night, high
pressure builds in from the west late Saturday night into Sunday.
The high moves slowly east Sunday night and Monday. A weak low
will approach from the west Monday, then move east across the
waters Monday night. A cold front will approach from the west
Tuesday, then move across the waters Tuesday night.
