New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A cold front will sweep SE
across the waters today and tonight as low pres rapidly moves NE
along the front over the S waters. Another weak cold front will
approach from the NW Sun, move offshore Sun night, then pass SE
over the waters Mon. A third cold front will move offshore Mon
night, then stall and weaken across the waters Tue into Tue
night. A high pres ridge will build to the coast Wed, then move
offshore Wed night.
