REPORT FROM THE EFFECTS OF SUPER TYPHOON HALONG (11W) FROM 26 JUL
TO 7 AUG 2014 AS IT PASSED THROUGH THE WFO GUAM AOR FROM WEST OF
POHNPEI...NORTH OF CHUUK...BETWEEN GUAM AND ROTA AND WEST TO ALONG
THE AOR BOUNDARY AT 130E. BOTH ROTA AND GUAM RECEIVED TROPICAL STORM
WINDS AS THE SYSTEM WEAKENED JUST PRIOR TO REACHING TYPHOON
INTENSITY EAST-SOUTHEAST OF ROTA.
