...ALL THREE TYPES OF MAXIMUM DAILY TEMPERATURE RECORDS BROKEN AT
ALBANY ON APRIL 11TH...

THE RECORD HIGH TEMPERATURE WAS BROKEN WHEN THE HIGH REACHED 87
DEGREES YESTERDAY...APRIL 11TH.  THIS SHATTERED THE OLD RECORD OF
82 DEGREES...SET IN 2011.

THE LOW TEMPERATURE YESTERDAY WAS 58 DEGREES.  THIS BROKE THE
PREVIOUS RECORD FOR HIGH MINIMUM TEMPERATURE FOR THE DATE OF 55
DEGREES...SET IN 1922.

THE HIGH OF 87 DEGREES AND THE LOW OF 58 DEGREES COMBINED TO PRODUCE
A MEAN TEMPERATURE OF 72.5 DEGREES.  THIS SMASHED THE PREVIOUS HIGH
MEAN RECORD FOR THE DATE OF 67.5 DEGREES...ALSO SET IN 1922.
