...FIRE WEATHER WATCH FOR WARM, DRY AND WINDY CONDITIONS ALONG AND
WEST OF A SEMINOLE TO FORT STOCKTON LINE TUESDAY AFTERNOON...

.Yet another upper level storm system will move over the region
Tuesday night.  Strong southwest to west winds could combine with
high temperatures 5 to 10 degrees above normal, and minimum
relative humidity around 15 percent to possibly result in critical
fire weather conditions along and west of a Seminole to Fort
Stockton line.

...FIRE WEATHER WATCH IN EFFECT FROM TUESDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH
TUESDAY EVENING FOR RELATIVE HUMIDITY OF 15% OR LESS, 20 FOOT
WINDS OF 20 MPH OR GREATER, AND HIGH TO VERY HIGH FIRE DANGER...

* WIND...Mountains, west 25 to 45 mph with higher gusts.
         Plains, southwest to west 20 to 35 mph with higher gusts.

* HUMIDITY...12 to 15%.

* IMPACTS...any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
  Outdoor burning is not recommended.
