  SEMINOLE... SOUTHERN BREVARD... OSCEOLA... INDIAN RIVER...
  OKEECHOBEE... COASTAL VOLUSIA... SOUTHERN LAKE... NORTHERN
  BREVARD.

* WIND...STRONG WEST TO NORTHWEST WINDS OF 15 TO 25 MPH WILL
  OCCUR THIS AFTERNOON.

* HUMIDITY...AFTERNOON HUMIDITY READINGS WILL STEADILY
  FALL...REACHING THE MID 20S TO LOWER 30S FOR SEVERAL HOURS THIS
  AFTERNOON.

* IMPACTS...ANY FIRES THAT DEVELOP WILL LIKELY SPREAD RAPIDLY.
  OUTDOOR BURNING IS NOT RECOMMENDED.
