DAILY RIVER AND LAKE SUMMARY
NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE COLUMBIA SC
1011 AM EDT THU MAY 21 2015

...All river forecast points expected to remain below flood stage...

A weak low pressure center along the NC/SC border associated with a
frontal wave will continue to move east and offshore today. High
pressure and drier air will move in behind it bringing a break from
the unsettled weather pattern the region has experienced. This dry
pattern will continue for the next 72 hours until moist Gulf southerly
flow establishes. Minor fluctuations in river levels are expected
primarily from dam releases for hydroelectric power generation. All
rivers are expected to remain well below flood stage.
