In the 24 hour period ending at 8:00 AM this morning, isolated showers
and thunderstorms moved across portions of the river district. Rainfall
amounts of a trace to a few hundredths of an inch were observed. Through
Thursday morning, isolated to scattered showers are expected. As a result,
new rainfall amounts of a trace up to a quarter of an inch are possible.
