Water levels can be expected to rise on the L`anguille River...Saint
Francis River.


At 12 PM Tuesday, the stage on the Saint Francis River at Lake City
was 5.6 feet and rising. Flood stage is 10.0 feet. At 10.0 feet,
Flooding is occurring in the swamps along the river..

At 11 AM Tuesday, the stage on the L`anguille River at Palestine was
22.1 feet and rising. Flood stage is 25.0 feet. At 25.0 feet, Flooding
of large areas of agriculture land along the river is occurring..

Heavy rainfall tonight into tomorrow will likely lead to further rises
along the rivers. Currently they are forecast to remain below flood stage.

The next River Statement will be issued tomorrow or sooner if conditions
warrant.
