Water levels can be expected to rise on most West Tennessee rivers
and streams for the rest of the week.


At 8 PM Monday, the stage on the North Fork Obion River near Martin
was 13.9 feet and rising. Flood stage is 20.0 feet.

At 8 PM Monday, the stage on the Obion River near Obion was 25.9 feet
and rising. May reach 31.2 feet by Wednesay. Flood stage is 34.0 feet.

At 8 PM Monday, the stage on the Obion River near Bogota was 5.9 feet
and rising. Flood stage is 22.0 feet.

At 8 PM Monday, the stage on the North Fork Forked Deer River at
Dyersburg was 12.1 feet and rising. May reach 15.3 Tuesday.
Flood stage is 22.0 feet.

At 8 PM Monday, the stage on the S.F. Forked Deer River at Jackson
was 27.8 feet and rising. Tuesday the river may reach 32.5 feet.
Flood stage is 34.0 feet. At 32.0 feet, Overbank flooding is
beginning in low lying land along the river.

At 8 PM Monday, the stage on the S.F. Fork Forked Deer River near
Halls was 4.6 feet and rising. Flood stage is 9.0 feet.

At 7 PM Monday, the stage on the Hatchie River near Bolivar was 9.9
feet and rising. Flood stage is 18.0 feet.

At 8 PM Monday, the stage on the Hatchie River at Rialto was 9.1 feet
and rising. Flood stage is 20.0 feet.

The next River Statement will be issued when conditions
warrant.
