.Heavy rains over the Manatee River basin yesterday has caused a sharp spike
in the water level causing the river to rise above action stage. We will
closely monitor the water level for any more rise over the coming days.

For the Manatee River Near Myakka Head, the latest stage is 9.8 feet at 06 AM
Saturday.
