KANSAS TODAY. RAIN AMOUNTS WERE LIGHT HOWEVER, GENERALLY A TENTH OF
AN INCH OR LESS. HIGH TEMPERATURES TODAY RANGED FROM THE MID TO
UPPER 30S IN NORTHEAST KANSAS, TO THE LOW TO MID 40S IN SOUTHWEST
KANSAS.

UPPER LEVEL LOW PRESSURE IN SOUTHERN ARIZONA WILL DIG SOUTHEAST INTO
NORTHERN MEXICO TONIGHT, WHILE AN UPPER LEVEL TROUGH EXTENDING FROM
THE DAKOTAS THROUGH EASTERN COLORADO MOVES EAST ACROSS KANSAS BY
TOMORROW MORNING. THIS UPPER TROUGH WILL PUSH AN ARCTIC COLD FRONT
SOUTH ACROSS KANSAS BY MORNING, BRINGING MUCH COLDER AIR TO THE
CENTRAL PLAINS AS COLD CANADIAN HIGH PRESSURE BUILDS SOUTH THROUGH
THE PLAINS STATES.

LOW TEMPERATURES TONIGHT WILL DROP INTO THE MID 20S FROM NORTH
CENTRAL THROUGH SOUTHWEST KANSAS, WITH UPPER 20S TO LOW 30S IN
EASTERN KANSAS AND ALONG THE KANSAS OKLAHOMA BORDER. HIGHS TOMORROW
WILL ONLY REACH THE UPPER 20S TO LOW 30S IN THE NORTHERN HALF OF
KANSAS, WITH LOW TO MID 30S IN THE SOUTHERN HALF.
