AFTER A COOL START TO THE DAY...A SEASONABLY NICE DAY IS EXPECTED
ACROSS THE REGION AS A MILD AND MOIST AIRMASS REMAINS IN PLACE
ACROSS THE REGION. WHILE A FEW ISOLATED SHOWERS OR THUNDERSTORMS
CANNOT BE COMPLETELY RULED OUT DURING THE DAYTIME HOURS...THE CHANCE
FOR THUNDERSTORMS INCREASES THIS EVENING AS AN UPPER LEVEL
DISTURBANCE APPROACHES THE LOCAL AREA. WHILE WIDESPREAD SEVERE
WEATHER IS NOT ANTICIPATED...A FEW STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WITH NICKEL
SIZED HAIL AND WIND GUSTS TO NEAR 50 MPH WILL BE POSSIBLE. CONTINUED
CHANCES FOR THUNDERSTORMS ARE THEN EXPECTED TO THROUGH THE END OF
THE WORK WEEK...BEFORE A COLD FRONT USHERS IN A COOLER AND MORE
STABLE AIRMASS OVER THE UPCOMING WEEKEND.
