A SHEAR LINE STRETCHES WEST-SOUTHWESTWARD FROM THE NORTH PACIFIC
THROUGH 22N180 AND PASSES SOUTH OF GUAM AT 12N145E BEFORE ENDING NEAR
9N131E. CLOUDS AND PATCHY SHOWERS ARE SEEN ALONG AND UP TO 300 MILES
NORTH OF THIS BOUNDARY. SCATTERED SHOWERS ARE ALSO SEEN NEAR YAP AND
KOROR BETWEEN 7N AND 9N FROM 134E TO 149E.

A NEAR-EQUATORIAL TROUGH EXTENDS EAST-SOUTHEASTWARD THROUGH 4N130E TO
NEAR EQ154E. SCATTERED SHOWERS AND ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS ARE SEEN
WELL SOUTHEAST OF YAP AND PALAU AND SOUTH OF CHUUK SOUTH OF A LINE
FROM 4N133E TO 1N153E.

A TROPICAL DISTURBANCE SOUTH OF POHNPEI AND KOSRAE IS CAUSING
SCATTERED SHOWERS AND A FEW THUNDERSTORMS IN CHUUK...POHNPEI AND
KOSRAE STATES BETWEEN 1N AND 7N FROM 152E TO 166E.

TRADE-WIND CONVERGENCE IS PRODUCING SCATTERED SHOWERS NEAR MAJURO
WITHIN 100 MILES OF A LINE FROM 4N167E TO 10N178E.
