LOCALLY. EXPECT DENSE FOG IN PATCHES ACROSS CENTRAL AND EASTERN NEW
MEXICO THROUGH MID MORNING...ESPECIALLY IN VALLEYS AND DIPS...NEAR
STREAMS AND ARROYOS...AND IN SHADED AREAS. FOG WILL LIFT WITH
IMPROVING VISIBILITIES BY LATE MORNING.
