...A LINE OF STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL AFFECT EASTERN LEAKE...WESTERN
NEWTON...SOUTHEASTERN ATTALA...SOUTHERN WINSTON...SCOTT AND NESHOBA
COUNTIES UNTIL 830 AM CDT...

At 734 AM CDT, Meteorologists were tracking strong thunderstorms
along a line extending from 6 miles north of Edinburg to near White
Oak. Movement was east at 25 mph.

Winds in excess of 40 mph will be possible with these storms.

Strong thunderstorms will be near...
  Edinburg and Pearl River around 740 AM CDT.
  Burnside around 800 AM CDT.
  Stallo around 805 AM CDT.
  Nanih Waiya around 825 AM CDT.

Other locations impacted by these storms include Noxapater, Tucker,
Walnut Grove, Lake, Sebastopol and Standing Pine.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

High winds can bring down trees and large limbs resulting in serious
injury or property damage. Exercise extreme caution when outdoors
during such strong winds...and be especially aware of older trees.
