A STRONG THUNDERSTORM 10 MILES SOUTHEAST OF HAYES CENTER...MOVING
EAST AT 30 MPH.

WIND GUSTS UP TO 50 MPH ARE EXPECTED WITH THIS STORM...ALONG WITH
HEAVY RAIN.
