COUNTIES UNTIL 115 AM CDT...

At 1228 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 7 miles east of Oakdale to 3 miles southeast of
Greeley. Movement was east at 50 mph.

Winds in excess of 40 mph will be possible with these storms.

Locations impacted include...
Norfolk, Madison, Pierce, Albion, Neligh, Stanton, Battle Creek,
Newman Grove, St. Edward, Elgin, Clearwater, Cedar Rapids, Platte
Center, Petersburg, Oakdale, Meadow Grove, Hadar, Hoskins, Monroe and
Lindsay.

This includes the following highways...
 Highway 275 in Nebraska between mile markers 28 and 87.
 Highway 81 in Nebraska between mile markers 118 and 166.
 Highway 20 in Nebraska between mile markers 338 and 347.
