MORNING...

AREAS OF DENSE FOG HAS DEVELOPED ACROSS THE REGION THIS MORNING IN
RIVER VALLEYS AND HOLLOWS. NEAR ZERO VISIBILITIES CAN BE EXPECTED
TO IMPACT THE MORNING COMMUTE UNTIL ABOUT AN HOUR AFTER SUNRISE
AND THEN CONDITIONS SHOULD IMPROVE.

IF TRAVELING EARLY THIS MORNING BE PREPARED FOR VARYING
VISIBILITIES BETWEEN HIGH AND LOW ELEVATIONS, WITH NEAR ZERO
VISIBILITIES IN THE VALLEYS. REQUIRE EXTRA TIME TO GET TO WORK,
REDUCE YOUR SPEED, USE LOW BEAMS AND ALLOW PLENTY OF DISTANCE
BETWEEN VEHICLES IN FRONT OF YOU.
