A STORM SYSTEM QUICKLY MOVING OVER THE NORTHERN PLAINS AND GREAT
LAKES...WILL EXIT INTO QUEBEC TONIGHT AND WEDNESDAY...WHILE A LARGE
AREA OF HIGH PRESSURE SETTLES INTO THE REGION THURSDAY AND FRIDAY.
THIS PATTERN WILL GENERATE A PERIOD OF SNOW ACROSS THE NORTHERN
GREAT LAKES THROUGH THIS EVENING...WHILE LAKE INDUCED SNOW SHOWERS
AFFECT THE WESTERN GREAT LAKES INTO THE UPCOMING WEEKEND.

HIGH TEMPERATURES TODAY...WILL RANGE FROM THE MIDDLE 20S NORTH...TO
THE MIDDLE 30S SOUTH.

LOWS TONIGHT...WILL RANGE FROM NEAR ZERO ACROSS THE UPPER PENINSULA
TO THE MIDDLE 20S SOUTH.

HERE IS THE HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK FOR NORTHERN LOWER AND EASTERN
UPPER MICHIGAN.

ACCUMULATING SNOW WILL TAPER OFF TO FLURRIES OR FREEZING DRIZZLE
THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING.

PERSISTENT COLD WEATHER THIS WEEK WILL CONTINUE THE THREAT FOR ICE
JAMS AND POSSIBLE FLOODING ON AREA RIVERS.
