* WIND CHILL VALUES...WIND CHILLS TO 30 BELOW ZERO RANGING TO 45
  BELOW ZERO.

* TIMING...WIND CHILLS WILL REACH 30 BELOW ZERO TONIGHT AND
  PERSIST INTO MONDAY. COLDEST WIND CHILLS ARE EXPECTED FRIDAY
  NIGHT AND SATURDAY NIGHT.

* IMPACTS...AT THESE TEMPERATURES EXPOSED SKIN WILL DEVELOP FROST
  BITE WITHIN 30 MINUTES OF EXPOSURE.
