URGENT - WINTER WEATHER MESSAGE

...Periods of Rain and Freezing Rain Developing Today...

.Several rounds of precipitation will impact the area today
through Tuesday, as temperatures gradually cool below freezing.
As that cooling occurs, rain initially will transition to
freezing rain, with hazardous travel expected to develop from
north to south as temperatures drop below freezing through
tonight. Ice accumulation through this evening will range from
from little to nothing south of line from Charles City, Iowa to La
Crosse, Wisconsin to Necedah, Wisconsin where warmer temperatures
are expected, to as much as two-tenths of an inch farther north.
Additional ice accumulation tonight into Tuesday will range from
one to two-tenths of an inch, highest near and south of Interstate
90.
