...SNOW RETURNS TO SOUTHEAST OREGON TODAY...

.A WINTER STORM IS BRINGING SNOW TO SOUTHEAST OREGON. SNOW WILL
CONTINUE OVER HARNEY AND MALHEUR COUNTIES...AND SPREAD INTO THE
OREGON SIDE OF THE LOWER TREASURE VALLEY LATE THIS AFTERNOON. THE
STORM WILL TAPER OFF LATE THIS EVENING. THE ADVISORY ENDS AT 11 PM
MST / 10 PM PST / BUT LIGHT SNOW WILL CONTINUE IN THE LOWER
TREASURE VALLEY INTO THE EARLY MORNING HOURS. SIGNIFICANT
ACCUMULATIONS ARE FORECAST TO END BY THE TIME THE ADVISORY
EXPIRES.

  COUNTIES...WITH 1 TO 3 INCHES IN THE LOWER TREASURE VALLEY.

* WINDS...VARIABLE MAINLY EAST LESS THAN 10 MPH.

* TIMING...SNOW WILL DIMINISH LATE THIS EVENING...WITH LIGHT SNOW
  CONTINUING INTO THE EARLY MORNING HOURS IN THE LOWER TREASURE
  VALLEY.

* IMPACTS...ROADS WILL GET FRESH SNOW CREATING ADDITIONAL TRAVEL
  HAZARDS.
