ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 PM EST THIS EVENING.

* HAZARD TYPES...DANGEROUS WIND CHILL.

* WIND CHILL...AS LOW AS 29 BELOW DUE TO TEMPERATURES 2 BELOW TO
  10 BELOW ZERO...AND WINDS NORTHWEST 5 TO 15 MPH WITH GUSTS UP
  TO 25 MPH.

* TIMING...WIND CHILLS

* IMPACTS...FROSTBITE AND HYPOTHERMIA IF UNPROTECTED FROM THE
  COLD.

* WINDS...NORTHWEST 5 TO 15 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 25 MPH.

* TEMPERATURES...2 BELOW TO 10 BELOW ZERO.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A WIND CHILL ADVISORY MEANS THAT VERY COLD AIR AND STRONG WINDS
WILL COMBINE TO GENERATE LOW WIND CHILLS. THIS WILL RESULT IN
FROST BITE AND LEAD TO HYPOTHERMIA IF PRECAUTIONS ARE NOT TAKEN.
